Courtney Sims
Courtney , owner and head trainer, started Courtney's Canine College to help give owners the best chance of having a stress free life with their dogs. Prior to starting her dog training career she worked as a Licensed Veterinary Technician, specializing in Emergency Medicine for 10 years. She also worked with Dermatology, Radiology and Surgical Specialists.
Her years working in veterinary medicine gave her ample practice working with anxious, nervous, scared and aggressive dogs. This prompted her to want to help dogs become more confident, comfortable and obedient.
Over the last four years working as a professional dog trainer Courtney has enjoyed helping hundreds of dogs and families. The dog training world is constantly changing. Courtney is continuously researching and educating herself on how to better help owners communicate with their dogs and enjoy their lives together.
Courtney lives in Spokane and has three dogs; Pickles, Maverick and Archie.
